Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies only to self-paced online video courses and digital learning bundles purchased through Demoplaybook.
It does not apply to coaching, workshops, consulting services, demo reviews, custom training, or any other services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible online course or the All-Access Pass, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No explanation is required.
3. How to Request a Refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
To request a refund, you can either:
- visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used during checkout; or
- email max@presalesrockstars.com with your order number, and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
4. After the 30-Day Period
Refund requests made after 30 days are generally not eligible.
However, we may consider exceptions in cases such as significant technical issues that prevented access to the purchased course.
Any such exception is entirely at our discretion.
5. Effect of a Refund
Once a refund has been processed:
- access to the refunded course will be removed;
- if the All-Access Pass is refunded, access to the All-Access Pass will be removed;
- any courses purchased separately remain available.
6. Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us or Paddle before requesting a chargeback through your bank or card issuer.
Most issues can be resolved much faster through our normal refund process.
7. Statutory Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
