We want you to be genuinely happy with your Demoplaybook purchase. If you are not satisfied with a course or the All-Courses Bundle, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order, or
- Email us at hello@presalesrockstars.com with your order number and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days we generally do not issue refunds, but we still review requests case by case — for example if you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the course. Just get in touch.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course (or, in the case of a bundle refund, to bundle-only courses) will be revoked. Any courses you own separately remain available.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster and more cleanly through a normal refund.
